Welcome to the official Terms & Conditions governing your use of Advanced Payments (“we,” “us,” “Company”) services, including payment processing, merchant accounts, and related solutions (“Services”). This agreement outlines key guidelines and expectations regarding:

  • Acceptance and scope of services

  • Merchant obligations (e.g., PCI‑DSS compliance, prohibited transactions)

  • Fees, pricing, and settlement processes

  • Messaging consent (clearly highlighted)

  • Dispute resolution, liability limits, and governing law

If you are a merchant, you are also subject to the terms of our Merchant Agreement and any additional policies incorporated herein.

By continuing to use our Services—or by clicking “Submit”—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, including through our website or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and, if applicable, our Merchant Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.

3. Payment Processing Services

We provide electronic payment processing and related merchant services. By entering into a Merchant Agreement, you authorize us to handle payment transactions on your behalf under these Terms.


4. Messaging Consent & Disclosure 🚨

By clicking “Submit”, you explicitly agree to receive communications from Advanced Payments via:

  • SMS and Phone Calls: messages for order updates and marketing.

  • Message frequency varies based on your activity.

  • Message & data rates may apply from your carrier.

You acknowledge that:

  • Providing your phone number is voluntary.

  • You give express written consent to receive promotional and transactional messages.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time. To request help, reply HELP, or contact us at cs@advancedhq.com or 904‑651‑1589.
You understand this consent is not required to purchase or use our Services.

5. Privacy & Data

Your personal data (e.g., phone, email, transaction info) is handled per our Privacy Policy. Merchant data is also governed under your Merchant Agreement.


6. Merchant Obligations & Acceptable Use

Merchants must:

  • Comply with PCI‑DSS and anti-money laundering rules.

  • Avoid processing prohibited or high-risk transactions.

  • Submit accurate settlement and transaction data.

  • Cooperate with audits and risk assessments.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination.


7. Fees, Pricing & Refunds

Fees (e.g., transaction, refunds, chargebacks) are detailed in your Merchant Agreement. We may update fees and add services; penalties may apply for late payment.


8. Funding & Settlement

Fund settlement is subject to our risk controls and underwriting. Fraud-detection or legal reviews may delay funding.


9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Services are provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Advanced Payments harmless from claims arising from your breach, misuse, or non-compliance.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Florida law without conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Jacksonville, FL.


12. Termination

Either party may terminate per the Merchant Agreement terms. You remain responsible for unresolved fees, chargebacks, or disputes after termination.
