Services are provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Advanced Payments harmless from claims arising from your breach, misuse, or non-compliance.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Florida law without conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts in Jacksonville, FL.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate per the Merchant Agreement terms. You remain responsible for unresolved fees, chargebacks, or disputes after termination.
